What payment methods do you accept?
We generally accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) and L/C at sight. For long-term cooperation customers, payment terms can be discussed. Small amount orders or sample orders may be arranged via Western Union or other methods upon request.
What is the lead time for a regular order?
The lead time for a standard power cable order is typically 15 to 30 days, depending on the order quantity, product specifications, and current production schedule. We will provide an accurate delivery time after receiving the deposit and technical confirmation.

Cables are typically packaged on wooden or steel-wooden reels, with moisture-proof material wrapped on the outside. For export orders, additional reinforcement and protection are provided according to the shipping method (sea or land transport).
