Yes, we can provide technical documents, selection advice, and basic installation guidance according to contract terms or customer requests. For overseas projects, remote communication or on-site engineer support can be arranged (costs and related arrangements to be discussed separately).
Do your products come with a warranty?
Under normal operating conditions, our cable products come with a warranty. The specific warranty period depends on the product type and application environment. If quality issues arise, please retain the product and contact us for resolution in accordance with the contract terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We generally accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) and L/C at sight. For long-term cooperation customers, payment terms can be discussed. Small amount orders or sample orders may be arranged via Western Union or other methods upon request.
What is the lead time for a regular order?
The lead time for a standard power cable order is typically 15 to 30 days, depending on the order quantity, product specifications, and current production schedule. We will provide an accurate delivery time after receiving the deposit and technical confirmation.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, we can provide samples of existing cable specifications. The customer is responsible for the sample fee and shipping cost. The sample fee can be refunded upon confirmation of the bulk order. Lead time for custom samples will be confirmed based on the specific specifications.
How are the cables packaged?
Cables are typically packaged on wooden or steel-wooden reels, with moisture-proof material wrapped on the outside. For export orders, additional reinforcement and protection are provided according to the shipping method (sea or land transport).
What conductor material options are available for your cables?
We mainly offer copper conductor and aluminum conductor options. The specific material and cross-section specifications can be configured based on the customer’s application scenario and technical requirements.
Do the products have relevant quality certifications?
Our products are manufactured in accordance with national standards and internal quality control procedures. Upon request, we can provide product test reports, factory qualification documents, and assist customers with certification processes required by the destination country.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for cable products?
The MOQ varies depending on the cable type and specification. For standard power cables, the MOQ is typically 500 meters or 1 kilometer. Please contact our sales team for accurate information based on your specific requirements.
Does Shenzhou Cable support custom production?
Yes, we offer OEM and ODM services. Customers can provide technical specifications, samples, or drawings. Our technical team will evaluate feasibility and arrange production accordingly.
